John,
Just a few weeks ago, I got the chance to welcome my friend Maxwell Frost to Congress, where he is joining the largest Progressive Caucus in history.
Maxwell represents what our Congress can and should be — a place of radical hope and fierce leadership. He is the beginning of the future, the very first Gen Z member of Congress — and together we will fight like hell to protect our people and planet.
I endorsed Maxwell because I believed in the grassroots movement he was building. Now we’re ready to hit the ground running and relentlessly push the needle forward on the life-saving policies we need.
John, I want you with us.
If you also believe in the grassroots movement we’re building to tackle runaway student debt, skyrocketing rent, unaffordable healthcare, the climate crisis, and more — can you split a $27 donation between me & Maxwell’s campaign?
Gen Z has grown up under the War on Terror, experienced multiple economic crashes, survived a global pandemic, and witnessed the Supreme Court gut reproductive rights. As voters, Gen Z are acutely aware of the most pressing challenges we face, but are largely left out of the conversation by politicians until it comes to Election Day.
Even still, every major win that our progressive coalition pushed for last term was hard-won with support from young people. Gun control legislation, historic climate action, massive investments in infrastructure, codifying marriage equality — young people are constantly doing the work to push our country forward and that’s exactly the energy we need in Congress.
Despite the very real harm the Republicans present, they haven’t stopped our movement from growing with every cycle. Every new progressive elected to Congress in November is a reminder that our policies are popular and millions of people share our vision for a more just, equitable, healthy future.
As our movement grows, it only becomes more important that we maintain our momentum — especially when our opponents will try to slow us down.
Can you split a donation of $27 between Maxwell’s campaign and mine and invest in our future while we fight for you today?
In solidarity,
Pramila Jayapal
