Today the ATF's new pistol brace rule change has been published, beginning your 120-day "grace period" to get right with your benevolent overlords or face retribution. 



While Congress may have failed to prevent this rule change from being implemented, and instead pushed bills they know will never pass, FPC has been working diligently to take this fight to the next stage. 



Today, FPC announced our lawsuit against ATF's latest rule Mock v. Garland, but we are going to need your help to keep the steam going and take this all the way to victory.

Now is not the time to get complacent or compliant.



If it is not obvious, the ATF and the disarmament regime are gunning for every last rifle, pistol, pellet gun, and bead blaster in the hands of free people, and they won't stop until they get them all. 



While this isn't the first round in their salvo, it is sure to be one of the hardest-hitting, with over 40 million people being affected.



According to the ATF itself, they are saying this impact is over-exaggerated, and are expecting at least 60% of people to comply. 



Even with their (generous) estimates, that still leaves 16,000,000 people subject to jail, fines, or worse. 



Leave it to the government to think that is a small impact.

For them, it's just a rounding error.



But for us, it's the fundamental rights of over 40 million people, that is something we sure as shit won't make light of. 



And they will learn that the hard way in court.
