100,000 Israelis [ [link removed] ]have taken to the streets over the past few weeks to
protest the far-right Netanyahu government’s assault on democracy and the
rule of law. In solidarity, J Street and our fellow members of the
Progressive Israel Network (PIN) are proud to co-sponsor a protest this
Friday in Washington, DC, organized and led by our friends at Americans
for Peace Now.
The protest will take place in front of the Israeli Embassy to the United
States at 2pm Eastern this Friday, February 3. We will meet at Van Ness
Street, next to the Israeli Embassy at 3514 International Dr. NW,
Washington, DC.

We hope you’ll join fellow members of the pro-Israel, pro-peace,
pro-democracy movement as we stand with Israelis who are mobilizing in
support of liberal democratic freedoms and against the extremist agenda of
the new government.
I look forward to seeing you there,
Tamar Ariel
Director for Chesapeake, South & Mountain West

J Street is the political home for pro-Israel, pro-peace Americans who want
Israel to be secure, democratic and the national home of the Jewish people.
Working in American politics and the Jewish community, we advocate policies that
advance shared US and Israeli interests as well as Jewish and democratic values,
leading to a two-state solution to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict.
