Did you see the news earlier this week coming from Russia? It appears that Vladimir Putin is making efforts to further consolidate his power there.

And there are indications that hostile foreign powers are already making efforts to sew division and chaos in the 2020 elections here in the United States.

John, these are turbulent times on the world stage and we need people with foreign-policy expertise and sound judgment in Congress. ([link removed])
