Hey -- in just a few hours, I'll be on the debate stage, sharing my vision with the entire country. For a lot of folks, this will be the first time they've ever heard from me.

I'll admit: I'm excited.

There are literally thousands of you who've given your time, energy and money to this campaign. I would not be on the debate stage without you.

Tonight is perhaps the biggest moment of our campaign so far. I'm going to give it everything I've got, and I'm not going to have a single regret. So before I go on stage, I have one final request: will you chip in to power our campaign?

Growing up, I never thought I'd run for President.

I was raised by a single parent. We struggled just to get by.

The only reason I knew there was a Governor's house in my hometown was because I delivered newspapers to it.

Now as Governor, my wife and I are raising our three kids in that very same house.

I got my shot at the American Dream. Now I'm running for President to make sure everyone -- no matter who you are or where you grow up -- gets that fair shot at a better life.

That's what I'm going to talk about tonight. I'm going to talk about real solutions to the problems everyday Americans face in the here and now. That's what the American people deserve to hear -- not bickering and grandstanding.
