Our first major fundraising deadline of 2023 is today, and we need your support.

The science is clear – we are in the midst of a climate crisis. We know now that after a century of burning fossil fuels, the catastrophic effects of their deadly emissions can no longer be ignored. Skyrocketing temperatures, melting ice sheets, ocean acidification, rising sea levels and their devastating effects on communities around the world will only get worse unless we act now.

That all sounds very ominous but we want you to know that there is hope – if we act now.

As the first month of the year comes to a close, we’ll be meeting as a team to determine what level of support we think we’ll be able to provide climate champions in the upcoming local and state elections this year, and beyond.

Whether we can generate enough support will not only send a signal to the fossil fuel industry that their days are numbered, but even more importantly, it will send a signal to candidates and voters that taking on the fossil fuel industry is not only the right thing to do, but a winning strategy for their campaigns.
