The Midterms are over and the Biden Administration feels more empowered than ever to trample on your Constitutional Rights…

Make no mistake… Biden wants greater gun control and he will use whatever means to achieve it. In fact, it has been a liberal dream for decades to create a national gun registry.

Today, the President took some critical first steps to do just that. The ATF adopted a RESTRICTION and new TAX on your Second Amendment Rights. The ATF rule re-defines pistols that use stabilizing braces—these are common accessories that make certain pistols safer and more accurate. By doing so this, ATF forces law-abiding citizens to register the pistol with the Federal Government and pay a tax. If you refuse? You could face 10 years in jail and a potential $10,000 fine.

Well, WILL filed a lawsuit and is fighting back on your behalf! This is the first lawsuit to challenge ATF’s final rule.

WILL is proud to represent a group of military veterans who served our country with distinction overseas. Now those same men are called upon to defend our rights here at home. This case is critical to the Second Amendment, as well as the Rule of Law! Read more about our fight here.
