Groundwork Project is one of the only organizations in the country investing in long-term progressive infrastructure across “red states.” We’re working to build power and change the narrative — because we know these states are the real battlegrounds.

Voters and organizers in our partner states of Oklahoma, Mississippi, Alabama, and West Virginia deserve better than they’ve gotten from the national establishment. And with the right resources, we can empower these local organizers on the ground to make a deep and lasting impact on their communities and our politics.

To start 2023, we’re launching new programming with our partners at the NAACP, preparing to open grant applications, and of course continuing the work with our partners. So much great stuff is happening!
