Dear John,

Whether it's in line at the grocery store or in the calls to our office, there's one issue that keeps coming up: the high cost of prescription drugs.

Too often, Chris hears stories about folks rationing or not taking the medications they are prescribed because they can't afford it. This is dangerous, and it's threatening the lives of patients in every community across the country.

Now, Chris wants to hear from you.
Have you ever...?

NOT FILLED A PRESCRIPTION

PUT OFF A DOCTOR'S VISIT

TAKEN AN EXPIRED MEDICATION

RATIONED MEDICATION

DECLINED A MEDICAL TEST OR PROCEDURE

SWAPPED AN EXPENSIVE RX DRUG FOR A NON-RX OPTION

DELAYED PAYING OTHER BILLS

You're not alone. These are the extreme measures everyday Americans are forced to take in the face of skyrocketing prescription drug costs. But it doesn't have to be this way.

Chris is co-sponsoring four critical pieces of legislation to rein in the costs of prescription drugs, which place an inordinate burden on Delawareans. From holding drug manufacturers accountable for exorbitant price increases to capping out-of-pocket prescription drug spending for Medicare Part D beneficiaries, these bills represent meaningful steps we can take right now to lower drug prices in a responsible way.

Will you join Chris in urging Mitch McConnell to immediately pass legislation to lower the cost of prescription drugs?
