                   Spring 2023 National Committee Meeting & Issues Conference



This conference is designed for whoever wishes to learn more about the Constitution Party and why its vital role in our government should not be overlooked.  You will especially enjoy meeting with freedom-loving, constitutional patriots from around the nation as well as some exciting speakers.



Remember, our beloved Founder, the late Howard Phillips, originally formed this Party knowing full well that neither Ds nor Rs were following the Constitution or representing the values of our citizens. It is, therefore, incumbent on each and every one of you to do everything possible to join your like-minded friends in an effort to "SAVE OUR COUNTRY" and "MEET ME IN ST. LOUIS".



Here are a few basics to begin planning your much-needed attendance.  Stay tuned for further details.



MARK YOUR CALENDARS:



We will be gathering on April 21 & 22 at the luxurious Crowne Plaza St. Louis Airport Hotel, 11228 Lone Eagle Dr., Bridgeton, MO 63044, located about two miles from Lambert International Airport. The Hotel offers FREE airport shuttle service that operates every 20 minutes 24/7, or, if you are driving, the discounted parking fee is $5/car/day.



Constitution Party business and educational programs will kick off around 10:00 am on Friday, the 21st, for National Committee and other Party Members and leaders, including their guests.



The Friday evening gala event with a fine dinner, keynote address and entertainment will be open to the public.



Saturday is open to the public for those wanting to learn how to advance the move to restore Constitutional governance and the cause of liberty.  It will be primarily an issues conference with speakers, presenters and any left over business matters.



An array of dynamic speakers is being lined up, including an extra-special surprise as our Friday night keynote speaker.



This will be an exciting meeting and one you will not want to miss.  Please be assured that our host, the Constitution Party of Missouri, will be making this a most memorable event, thanks primarily to the efforts of Paul & Susan Venable and Cindy Redburn.



SILENT AUCTION:



You are invited to please bring an item, or items, to donate to the "SILENT AUCTION" that is being planned during the Conference.  This is always a lot of fun and will help with Party expenses.



REGISTRATION:



Early Bird FULL Registration Fee for National Committee Members and other Party members and leaders, and their guests, who are attending the NCM and Issues Conference on both days, will be $145/person, and includes 3 delicious meals; lunch on Friday & Saturday and dinner on Friday evening.



FULL Registration fee received AFTER Thursday, April 6, will be $155/person



Friday evening gala event only, including dinner and keynote speaker, will be $75/person



Saturday issues conference only, including lunch, will be $75/person



Friday evening gala with dinner and Saturday issues conference with lunch, will be $130/person



HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS:



The Crowne Plaza is holding a block of guest rooms for us the nights of Thursday, Friday and Saturday, April 20, 21 and 22, at a discounted rate of $115/night, plus taxes, which includes a 24-hour fitness center, indoor pool and WiFi.  The cut-off date to secure a discounted room rate is March 22, 2023.  The Group Code for the discounted rate will be posted on the online Registration Form.



You're on your own for breakfast, but you can enjoy a delightful buffet at the convenient onsite restaurant, which opens at 6:00 am.
