Donald Trump could be indicted any moment now.

Last week, Fani Willis — the District Attorney of Fulton County, Georgia — said that a decision is “imminent” as to whether Trump will be indicted for attempting to subvert the 2020 election in the Peach State.

Trump’s criminal efforts infamously included pressuring Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger to “find” enough votes for him to beat Joe Biden.

Public Citizen is sending this message to Fulton County, Georgia, District Attorney Fani Willis:

If your investigation has uncovered solid evidence of criminal activity by Donald Trump, we encourage you to indict Trump and prosecute him to the full extent of the law. Our democracy will not survive if people who break the law to undermine it are not held accountable. Even — especially — former presidents.
