We knew that when Republicans took control of the US House, it was going to be bad — and it's even worse than we thought.

Here's just a sample of the chaos they've created in the last few weeks:

* Passed bills to severely restrict abortion access
* Repealed funding to hold wealthy tax cheats accountable
* Threatened to hold our economy hostage unless we gut Social Security and Medicare
* Started pointless and vindictive investigations into the Biden administration

It's no wonder that poll after poll finds an overwhelming majority of Americans believe the new Republican majority has the wrong priorities and isn't looking out for them.

This is why elections matter — and why we can't waste a minute working to flip control of Congress back to Democrats.

Can I count on you to support my reelection campaign? We're up against our first end-of-month deadline tomorrow, and we still need to raise $5,000 from grassroots supporters to stay on track to protect our seat and help turn districts blue across the country.
