Elon Musk’s business schemes aren’t just bad for Twitter, they’re terrible for the planet. Despite claiming to be one of the cleanest companies today, his flagship company Tesla is pushing for a DIRTY DEAL with mega-polluting factory farms! 

Tesla is going after a subsidy for dirty electricity, including methane gas from factory farms, to charge its electric vehicles. But these massive agricultural facilities spew toxic pollution into surrounding communities, and we can’t solve the climate crisis with more dirty fuel! 

Right now, factory farms already spew poison on our land, air and water with massive quantities of animal waste. That means major health issues on nearby communities – usually communities of color who bear disproportionate toxic burdens from dirty industries.
