Joe Biden has all but announced his re-election campaign, and there will be no credible opposition. His disapproval rating, above 50%, remains a problem, but there isn't anyone outside of his administration with the stomach to challenge him. Also: Senate Democrats breathe a sigh of relief as Sen. Tim Kaine (D-Va.) runs again, but endangered Sens. Jon Tester (D-Mont.) and Joe Manchin (D-W.Va.) have yet to commit.
