This past week, DC Attorney General Karl Racine announced a $2.75 million settlement with Power Design, Inc, the largest recovery to date in a wage enforcement action for the OAG. This is a major victory for worker rights but also an indication of the scale of the problem. We must continue to organize and hold employers accountable!
