He’s 100% right! Thanks to the incredible support of this grassroots movement, the NDRC helped secure major victories in the midterm elections.

FLIPPED state legislative chambers in states like Michigan and Pennsylvania.

BLOCKED veto-proof GOP majorities in states like Wisconsin and North Carolina.

DEFEATED election deniers in states like Arizona and Nevada.

WON full control of state government in states like Michigan and Minnesota.

But then, A.G. Holder also said this:

“We must recommit ourselves to defend against ongoing threats to our elections, our right to vote, and our democracy. Now is not the time to take our democracy for granted.”

And he’s 100% right about that too!

With election deniers continuing to attempt to undermine voting rights, conservative politicians continuing their efforts to manipulate maps, and right-wing activists working to fill courts with judges who they believe will rubber-stamp their anti-democratic agenda, it’s clear that the threats to our free and fair elections have not subsided. So our work to defend our democracy must continue.
