(ACA) being struck down will be felt for decades.

We have a huge fight on our hands to protect our health care. We need 5,000 of

millions of Americans who depend on it.

If the ACA is repealed, more than 187,000 Iowans will lose their health
insurance overnight. That’s an increase of over 125% newly uninsured
hardworking Iowans resulting from extremist-Republicans erasing the hard-fought
progress we’ve made.

That’s not all -- if the ACA is struck down, we’ll see a nosedive in funding
for hospitals, the elimination of protections for people with pre-existing
conditions, and employer insurance undermined. To make matters worse, our rural
hospitals will be most impacted.

We simply can’t afford to let Republican extremists trash such an important
piece of legislation that so many Americans depend on.This is not a game. This
is life or death for millions of Americans.
