We can’t let up now 2022 was a huge year for us.
Together, we built a strong movement of Indivisibles who fought against the right-wing extremism in our government. We helped pass landmark legislation investing in the climate, lowering drug costs, and even defeated out-of-touch MAGA Republicans up and down the ballot.
But we lost the House, and the weeks since Republicans got the gavel have been pure chaos. The mayhem started with their wildly dysfunctional Speaker vote, and that’s all it’s been since -- multiple bills threatening reproductive rights, kicking Democratic lawmakers off of their committees, threatening Social Security and Medicare -- on and on it goes.
We've already laid out our strategy to retake the House and establish a Democratic trifecta. But we’re counting on this team to come together and activate. As the first month of GOP House control comes to an end, we’re budgeting now for the critical fights ahead, and we’re hoping we can count on your support. Your contribution will help provide our movement with the resources we need to hold MAGA Republicans accountable, push Democrats to fight for us, and bring more people over to our side.
So we’re asking: Can you take the next step and make your first $2 donation to Indivisible today? This is one of the most impactful ways to support our work.
We can’t let up now, and your first donation is an important investment you can make into this movement. A strong January for our fundraising team will allow us to:
- Budget and plan early for the critical fights ahead;
- Provide reliable, consistent resources and support to Indivisible groups on the ground;
- Train new Indivisibles to fight back against MAGA on their home turf;
- Respond when MAGA Republicans threaten democracy.
All of this and more helps lay the groundwork now to retake the House and restore a Democratic trifecta. We know we can win if we make the next two years about MAGA extremism and present a compelling, powerful, alternative vision for the future. But, we need your help to do it.
In solidarity, Indivisible Team
