PSC Launches New Bipartisan Working Group to Address War Powers Responsibilities

"Congressmen Tom Reed and Josh Gottheimer, Co-Chairs of the bipartisan Problem Solvers Caucus, released the following statement announcing a new bipartisan working group tasked with developing legislative recommendations aimed at clarifying Congress’s war power Constitutional responsibilities.

'Congress must fulfill its obligations under the Constitution regarding war, including authorizations for use of military force (AUMF).'"
