We’re going to be honest with you: January is usually a tough month for fundraising
Working Families Party

We’re going to be real with you, John: January is usually a tough month for fundraising.

It was like that in 2019...

January 2019 fundraising

And it's looking like that in 2020 so far, too:

January 2020 fundraising

With the first primaries just a few short weeks away, and with the massive slate of progressive candidates who WFP organizers are working to recruit, train, and elect, we can’t afford to let this downward slide continue. We need a surge in the second half of the month to close the gap and make 2020 our biggest progressive wave yet all the way up and down the ballot.

Can you donate $3 today and help us get back on track toward our monthly fundraising benchmark? We wouldn’t ask if it wasn’t important — your grassroots support is what powers our work to elect hundreds of courageous, fearless progressives to office nationwide.

If a small fraction of the people reading this right now (let’s say 5% of you) donated $5, we’d stop this slide immediately and get back on track.

That would also allow us to expand our work in a big way as we head into one of the most critical parts of the election year. More candidate and campaign trainings, more organizers in key states, and more primary challengers going up against corporate, anti-worker opponents.

Make a donation of any amount today and let’s close this gap for our January fundraising goal.

Thanks for being such an important part of the Working Families Party, John. We couldn’t do any of this without you.

In solidarity,

Team WFP
