Kim has done so much in her career -- from breaking barriers for women in the military to leading servicemen and women in combat zones -- that sometimes people forget about the work she’s done outside of the cockpit.

Like how she started a non-profit that helped women leaving the military adjust to life as civilians or how she’s been inducted into the Texas Women’s Hall of Fame for her lasting contributions to our great state.

Kim is someone girls and women across the country look up to and see that they can do anything, including run for Congress.

I’m also writing to you today because we’re a little short of our fundraising goal for this week. You know TX-24 is a crucial seat to win if we want to turn our great state blue, but we need grassroots donors to step up today to make sure Kim is our candidate.
