GOP-controlled state legislatures moved quickly to limit abortion rights following the Supreme Court's barbaric decision. Thirteen states with "trigger laws" have banned abortion altogether. But let me be clear: Overturning Roe was never the end goal. Republicans want to make abortion illegal everywhere.
