First, after the 2020 election, more than a dozen states passed new voter suppression laws.

Then, the Supreme Court continued putting key provisions of the Voting Rights Act in jeopardy.

Now, more states are considering passing restrictions on voting in 2023.

And, with the power of the House majority, Republicans can work to undermine voting rights at the national level as well.

But here’s the good news: The NDRC is fighting back – and we’re getting results!
