Dear Friend --

As I’m stepping down as Executive Director on Tuesday January 31st, I want to invite you to join me in a live conversation <[link removed]> together with my friend and colleague Daniel Högsta, who will take over as Interim Executive Director. I’m hoping to have an open and honest conversation about some of my favorite moments of the campaign, but also what challenges and difficult times we’ve been through.

This conversation will be an opportunity for you to hear more and ask questions about what ICAN has achieved so far, what lessons I’ve learned and of course also about what this movement need to do in the coming years, now that the risk of nuclear weapons use is again so high.

When? Monday January 30th at 15:00 CET / 9:00 ET

As I reflect on my nine years with the campaign, I’m convinced that TPNW and our movement are more needed than ever. And I’m excited to talk to Daniel about the plans for ICAN and the nuclear disarmament movement in the coming years.

I hope you will join us on Monday <[link removed]> as we talk about what lies in store for the campaign this year and beyond. And of course, I hope you will continue to stand with ICAN in pushing together for a world free of nuclear weapons

With thanks for all you do,

Beatrice Fihn

Executive Director

ICAN
