Have you ever heard an expression about hard work? Something like, practice makes perfect, or winning starts during conditioning?
Whatever the sport, hobby, or activity, I’m sure you can probably understand where I’m coming from. So you’ll understand when I say that winning in November 2024 starts this month.
That may sound crazy, but let me remind you that in 2021, we launched the earliest organizing effort we ever saw in Arizona with Project 15/30. The groundwork we laid a full year in advance – in calling out the AZ GOP’s audit, in organizing our communities, in supporting our Democratic candidates – it all played a crucial role in last year’s results.
Team, I know it seems early, but it’s absolutely crucial we start fundraising now for the next elections. We need to support Governor Hobbs, Attorney General Mayes, Secretary of State Fontes, and our Democrats in the AZ legislature and Congress. That requires staffing and resources. Can I count on you to help fill our $5,000 budget gap for this month by donating $5 today?

In case you’ve forgotten, none of our races were blowouts in 2022.
Several of them went to recounts, and we had several more races just outside the recount limit. Add in that we are still just one seat in each chamber from taking control from Republicans, and there’s a lot on the line right now.
We need to crunch the election data, start recruitment for 2024 seats, and keep staffing up to hold Republicans accountable.
We can’t do that without our grassroots team stepping up.
