We can not endure another Donald Trump Presidency.

Now, Democrats in Congress have drafted a bill declaring that Trump is unfit to serve under the 14th Amendment.

The 14th Amendment prohibits anyone who previously took an oath to support the Constitution but then engaged in “insurrection or rebellion” from holding any office, civil or military, under the the United States.

Trump was impeached (for a second time) for inciting the January 6th insurrection.

He tried to coerce election officials to falsify election results and he urged his supporters to march on the Capitol building with the intention of interfering with the certification of the 2020 election.

In addition, the January 6th Committee has uncovered overwhelming evidence that Trump intended to subvert our democracy to stay in power. Criminal referrals are being sent to the Department of Justice, where there are already pending investigations into his criminal behavior.

Congress has the power to save democracy and prevent another Trump Presidency. Sign on to our petition to DEMAND that they live up to their oath to support and defend the Constitution of the United States.
