Here’s how Politico [ [link removed] ]reported on our reaction to Adam Schiff’s entry
into the race:

[ [link removed] ]POLITICO: PRIMARY COLORS — The California Senate race is already
heating up: Some progressives are attacking Schifffor his role during the
Trump impeachments. And they’re citing a familiar source: our own Rachael
Bade’s book, 'Unchecked,' with Karoun Demirjian. 'When we should have gone
big against Trump, Schiff said go small,' the Progressive Change Campaign
Committee’s ADAM GREEN said in a statement. 'When we should have gone
fast, Schiff said go slow.'

You may have heard that Rep. Adam Schiff has decided to run against Rep.
Katie Porter for California’s U.S. Senate seat in 2024.

We endorsed Katie Porter on day one of her campaign following a member
survey showing 97% of PCCC members said she should run (96% in
California).

Voters want a progressive fighter who wins. Polls show Katie leading
against Schiff.

Katie Porter wins a red district by challenging Trumpism and also holding
accountable corporations that cheat Americans. Schiff sadly joined the
conservative Blue Dog Caucus upon getting to Congress, which pushed
painful cuts for families. Unlike Katie, Schiff’s taken millions in
corporate PAC money.

We’ve all watched Adam Schiff give good speeches and have good MSNBC
appearances.

But a new book reveals that Schiff consistently stalled and undermined
bold leaders who were trying to hold Trump accountable.

When Democrats should have gone big against Trump, Schiff said go small.
When we should have gone fast, Schiff said go slow. When we should have
slowed down to do more accountability, Schiff cut corners to get
impeachment over with.

And when bold leaders finally won consensus to pursue impeachment over
Schiff's objections, Schiff leapt on stage to take credit.

Behind Congress's Botched Impeachments of Donald Trump" [ [link removed] ]here.)

Thinking beyond Trump, we have all seen Katie Porter be fearless in
challenging power – whether it’s corporate CEO’s or corrupt officials. Her
anti-establishment economic populism wins with Democratic, Independent,
and Republican voters.

teach Joe Manchin a thing or two on her white board), she needs your
support now that the race is on. Click here.

Thanks for being a bold progressive.
