The Pennsylvania Election Law Advisory Board released an interim report recommending updates to Pennsylvania's mail-in voting law. The changes include explicitly authorizing drop boxes in state law, allowing voters to return ballots without a secrecy envelope and clarifying that the lack of a date shouldn’t alone disqualify ballots.
