Here is today's KCDC ADA Information Network message.
Registration for the National Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Symposium has opened on their website [ [link removed] ]. My understanding is that the hotel has not put their booking system up yet for this event, but you can register and select the training sessions you want for the symposium. The Symposium runs from May 21st to 24th.
When I receive the official notice, I will share it with this list serve.
The ADA Symposium is an opportunity to learn about a wide variety of topics from national speakers, get lots of credits to get your ADA coordinator certification and meet people from all over the country who are ADA Coordinators or federal employees who are knowledgeable about the ADA requirements.
This year the symposium is in Kansas City. It is generally further away, so this is an opportunity to attend with less travel time.
Please feel free to share with others.
