But I am reaching out today to make certain you’re on board in 2023…because we absolutely need to hear from you due to the exploding volume and growing importance of our work. 

In just the past few weeks, for example…

• We filed an appeal in Delaware asking the court to overturn a lower court decision, and allow the release of President Joe Biden’s U.S. Senate records housed at the University of Delaware. There are more than 1,850 boxes of records spanning Biden’s 36 year Senate career at the University. As you can imagine, our lawsuit has taken on real urgency due to the cascade of stunning revelations about Biden’s handling of classified records! It is easy now to complain about this scandal…but Judicial Watch, along with our friends at the Daily Caller Foundation, has been in the courts and “on the case” for more than two years!

• We filed a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit against the U.S. Defense Department for training materials used at the U.S. Air Force Academy that reflect critical race theory propaganda and promote racial division among Americans. We filed our lawsuit after the Defense Department stonewalled our original open records request. Marxist critical race theory has no place at the Academy, and we are committed to informing the American people about just how pervasive this poisonous teaching hasbecome in American public institutions.

Of course, we are fighting public corruption, too. 

In addition to our lawsuits seeking key documents related to Hunter Biden’s sleazy overseas business ventures, especially in China, we are bringing pressure on the Republican-controlled House of Representatives to fulfill their oversight duty and launch full investigations into serious allegations of Biden family corruption that may have benefited President Joe Biden...as well as his reckless handling of classified documents!

Our need to police our government officials never ends…corrupt politicians and secretive government bureaucrats cannot police themselves! And no one is working harder than Judicial Watch to expose and challenge them. 

And we can do this essential work because…and only because…of the generous support we receive from our members. With their help, we don’t let corrupt politicians like Joe Biden off the hook! 

Nor do we let secretive government officials escape accountability for undermining our Constitution and keeping citizens in the dark about what government is doing! When they refuse to comply with our open records laws or violate other statutes, we challenge them in the courts.

Indeed, we have a lot of hard work ahead this year…and that is why I am counting on you to again give us your support!

For example, Judicial Watch’s work in the courts supporting law enforcement against illegal immigration has never been more urgent. Joe Biden is the most radical open-borders president in our history, and the crisis on our southern border proves it. 

And our Election Integrity Initiative team is already at work preparing to force more states to clean their voter lists in advance of the 2024 elections! 

On these and so many legal fronts, Judicial Watch is virtually the only game in town. Judicial Watch’s independent watchdog work leaves Congress and Big Leftist Media in the dust…and we prove that every day!
