Bible Study, Events, and Doorknocking
I just wanted to check in with you and let you know about all the great things we are doing.
This week I attended a bible study where we got to talk about some of the issues facing America. As a pastor, these bible studies are important because we bring people together.
After all, I became a pastor because I wanted to unite my community, NOT divide it. That is the same exact goal I have brought to my campaign.
Our country is more divided than ever. We NEED to get back to working for the American people, not ourselves. I have dedicated my life to service, which is why I knew God was calling me to run for Congress.
In other news, I attended Mark Early's campaign kickoff. I talked to constituents about the problems we are currently facing in the 4th District. We covered topics like supporting our men and women in blue and one of the most important issues facing our district right now: education reform.
We absolutely cannot compromise when it comes to our children's education. That is why I have advocated for a "money follows the child program". Our schools are struggling under the current system, and it's time that parents were able to choose what education best fits their child's needs.
Lastly, my team and I are out fundraising and doorknocking daily. These are the tedious tasks that make all the difference in an election.
We can't win this without these two crucial components, and the good news is that you can help with both!
