John, MAGA McCarthy and the House GOP are using the debt ceiling as a tactic to make drastic, serious spending cuts to Social Security and Medicare. If this is how they negotiate, it’s a NON-STARTER!  

Republicans have chosen to use their razor-thin House majority to hold our economy hostage! Ironically, they added almost $8 trillion to the national debt and increased the debt ceiling 3 times under ex-President Trump. The last time the Republicans controlled the House, we lost our AAA rating, and we cannot allow it to happen again.  

Stand with me - tell McCarthy and the GOP that this is NOT a game!

While extremist Republicans choose to focus on protecting tax evaders and investigating Hunter Biden, Democrats are working to protect the historic investments we’ve made during the first two years of this Administration, as well as safeguarding critical programs like Social Security and Medicare.
