Hi John,

My opponent Derek Kilmer is currently sitting on $3,266,973.15.

That’s how much cash he has on hand, according to public FEC data.

I have less than 1% of what Kilmer has. My whole campaign will cost a fraction of what Derek Kilmer currently has on hand. But, I still need your help. Can you donate now, so we can beat Corporate Kilmer?

I knew going into this race that I’d be outspent. I simply cannot compete with a corporate Democrat who does hours of call time every day to lobbyists, PACs, and corporations. Who gave $300,000 to the DCCC and $25,000 to the WA Democratic Party in 2019.

(Not coincidentally, the DCCC and WA Democratic Party are doing everything they can to stop me from winning and fighting for policies that will help you.)

I cannot compete on Kilmer’s terms.

I CAN compete, however, when I play by the new, winning playbook: small-dollar donations from grassroots progressives like you.

That’s how AOC won, despite being outspent 18-to-1.

In 2014 Dave Brat defeated then-majority leader Eric Cantor — a corporate Republican — despite being outspent nearly 40-to-1.

Winning when you’re being outspent is hard. It takes work. But it’s not impossible.

In fact, it’s HIGHLY possible — especially when, like us, you’re part of a nationwide movement of progressives.

Our ground game, our team, and our fundraising gets stronger and stronger every day.

But to win, I simply cannot do this without you.

Can you set up a $7 recurring donation today? The link’s right here:

Thank you. I really appreciate it.

-Rebecca
