With local elections happening this November in our Commonwealth, it’s important that we have the resources to help Democrats in Virginia win this year. It’s also important that we don’t forget that we have the opportunity to win back the US House in 2024.

Under current GOP leadership, progress is nearly impossible. Earlier this month they passed legislation that would increase the deficit by more than $100 billion and would make it easier for the super wealthy to cheat on their taxes. And they are threatening to not lift the debt ceiling unless they can enact deep cuts to critical programs like Social Security and Medicare. Winning the House back in 2024 will be critical to stopping this and allow us to keep legislating and fighting for the American people.

But in order to succeed, we need to start now.
