Dear John,

Over the past several months, I’ve heard from many Minnesotans across the Second District that your mail delivery service has fallen to an unacceptable level. I’ve been meeting with our local USPS officials to discuss these problems and wrote to Postmaster General Louis DeJoy last month about the urgent need to improve service levels in the Second District.

I sent my letter to DeJoy on December 30th. I still have not received a response from him, and I’m fed up.

Today, I’m launching a survey so I can hear directly from you about the ways you and your family have been impacted by USPS mail delivery delays, and I’m going to send your stories directly to the Postmaster General. It’s time Minnesotans got some answers.
