We've just had several MAJOR developments. And TODAY we face a critical deadline.

Planned Parenthood has been feverishly filing lawsuits, trying to strike down abortion bans at state Supreme Courts. In Florida, the court has JUST allowed an abortion ban to remain in place as it hears the case.

Pro-abortion terrorists have been violently attacking pro-life centers. We have been DEMANDING that federal law enforcement agencies investigate and prosecute these criminals. The first two violent attackers have JUST been arrested.

But we know we have a massive uphill battle ahead. Biden's DOJ admitted it is intentionally carrying out a vendetta against life as payback for the Supreme Court's Dobbs decision. Biden also ordered the VA to start performing abortions – using funds meant for our veterans to kill babies. TOMORROW, we're submitting a critical legal plan advising a state on how we can defeat this outrage in court.

Planned Parenthood is spending millions to tear down every pro-life law and expand abortion through birth – even legalizing infanticide. We are filing in every state Supreme Court we can to defend life, and our next deadlines are looming.

TODAY we are filing our reply brief in federal appeals court to defeat a pro-abortion law that is being replicated in cities across the nation.
