50 years ago this week, the Supreme Court established the constitutional right to an abortion with its Roe v. Wade decision. 

But last year, Republicans on the Court overturned Roe when it ruled on the Dobbs decision. In an instant, unelected Conservative judges - many of them appointed by Donald Trump - rolled back the clock for millions across the nation. 

And now in 2023, Kevin McCarthy and his Republicans in the House are eyeing to dismantle abortion rights even further with a national abortion ban.
