We’re writing today to invite you to join us tomorrow for the first hearing in the youth-led constitutional climate case, Navahine F. v. Hawaiʻi Department of Transportation ([link removed]) !
Attend the Hearing in Honolulu
If you are in Honolulu, join us in-person at the hearing and help us fill the courtroom! Let’s show the court that the people of Hawaiʻi stand in support of these young plaintiffs.
What: Oral Arguments in Navahine F. v. Hawaiʻi Department of Transportation

You’ll hear from some of the youth plaintiffs, as well as their attorneys, as they talk about the hearing and share why this climate action in our courts is critical to protecting the fundamental constitutional rights of young people in Hawaiʻi to life, liberty, and a safe climate.
