Just this week, Indiana Republican Representative Jim Banks sparked outrage when he talked about banning travel across state lines to stop patients from accessing abortion services. You heard that right — he wants to stop patients from going across state lines, all in the name of a far-right ideology that takes medical decisions away from the person and puts them in the hands of mostly male politicians.

To make matters worse, Congressman Banks is running for the U.S. Senate this year. He’s one of hundreds of House Republicans who are pushing every single day to take away abortion access not just in Congress, but in states around the country.
