I have important news to share with you. Yesterday, we filed a major lawsuit with the State of Texas and 19 other courageous Attorneys General to stop a new scheme in the Biden administration’s lawless and sprawling effort to transform our Nation with mass illegal immigration from the third-world.
This new scheme aims to bring in tens of thousands of additional illegal aliens each month from Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua, and Venezuela. And get this–instead of just enforcing the law and stopping them from entering the United States altogether, the Biden Administration is going to allow them to fly into interior cities across the United States directly!
This is a truly dramatic escalation in the left’s open borders crusade – not only is the Biden administration freely admitting millions of illegal aliens who arrive at our borders, but now they are going to foreign countries to pre-approve innumerable illegal aliens to flood into our country without any legal basis whatsoever!
To stop this illegal scheme we proudly partnered with the incredible Texas Attorney General, Ken Paxton, and a coalition of Attorneys General from nineteen other states. Together we filed this major lawsuit against the Department of Homeland Security, and Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas for their creation of this blatantly unlawful program.
This new scheme is illegal, unconstitutional, and contemptible.
