John,

In breaking news, Speaker McCarthy JUST removed Reps. Schiff and Swalwell from the House Intelligence Committee.

These two radical Left agitators (and leaders of the attempts to impeach Trump) have leaked critical intelligence and been potentially compromised by the Chinese Communist Party. They have NO PLACE on the Intelligence Committee.

This is a matter of national security that the ACLJ takes very seriously. When it was first revealed that Rep. Swalwell was potentially compromised by a Chinese Communist spy, Fang Fang, we filed FOUR critical FOIAs to FOUR Deep State agencies. They all refused to comply, and we filed two separate lawsuits.

Through our litigation, we obtained documents showing that our intelligence agencies were NOT taking this threat seriously. Now, we've won. Swalwell and Schiff are GONE – no more special classified Intelligence Committee briefings.

This is a huge victory against the Deep State, but we're battling over a dozen other lawsuits against the Biden Deep State. Our next deadlines are looming. As we battle in court to defeat the Deep State, take urgent action with us.
