[1]Bowman for Congress
John,
Earlier this month, Jamaal and Sen. Elizabeth Warren drafted a letter to
President Biden urging the administration to take executive action to
protect renters and help make housing a human right.
And today, the White House is taking the first steps to deliberate actions
that will begin the process of reining in our current rental market and
shift us towards an housing economy that prioritizes people over profits.
And while we're proud to see this action take place, we know there's so
much more that needs to be done.
John, we need to
make sure President Biden hears our collective calls loud and clear to go
even further. [ [link removed] ]Will you add your name to stand with Jamaal as he urges
President Biden to address skyrocketing housing costs, keep people housed,
and end corporate profiteering?

For too long, many elected officials have ignored our calls for change.
They've discredited renters, and sided with corporate landlord lobby
interest groups who pour $$ into their campaigns. But today — we have the
chance to see real change at the executive level that will finally meet
the urgency of the moment.
It's time to stop letting corporate landlords leech off of tenants who are
struggling hard enough to make ends meet.
Jamaal knows that he was elected into office to be as bold and outspoken
as possible. And as he continues to work with the White House, tenant
advocates, and members of Congress — it's up to us to amplify our efforts
and call on the Administration to cement housing as a human right once and
for all.

housing crisis, please, add your name to our petition today.
Thank you for your support and faith in our movement,
John.
Together,
Bowman for Congress
