Last year brought
many health and humanitarian emergencies — but with your support, we saved lives. We helped people like Julieta, the little girl pictured above with her mother,
Yolanda and on your 2023 Project HOPE membership card below.
Yolanda’s family is among more than 6 million Venezuelans who have left their homes due to
years of humanitarian crisis. For Yolanda, everything needed for daily life had become too
expensive… from clothes and medicine to food for Julieta and her other children. With no way to
feed her family, or care for her father, who is blind, Yolanda made the devastating choice to leave
home and seek a better life.
Thankfully after a grueling trek to reach Colombia, Yolanda’s family arrived at a hospital
supported by Project HOPE. Her children and father received medical attention and access to medicines,
supplies, infant warmers and other lifesaving relief.
