The escort wanted him prosecuted for assault and battery for shoving him away from Mark's young son, but the
District Court of Philadelphia threw out the case.
So, Biden's Department of Justice charged Mark with violating the federal FACE Act...and now this courageous pro-life hero faces up to
eleven years in federal prison for advocating life and defending his family.
