For the first time in more than 12 years, the Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) program waiting list lottery is open! Housing choice vouchers give low-income families the agency and the opportunity to afford adequate housing on the private market.

Dwight helped send historic funding for housing through Congress last year, and that funding is one of the key reasons this huge investment is possible! It is vital people have access to affordable, safe housing, and the HCV is an important step in addressing the housing crisis in Philadelphia.
