Dear Friend,
Today, Wednesday January 15, Speaker of the House of
Representatives in the U.S. Congress, Nancy Pelosi, will send the two
articles of impeachment voted by the Democratic majority, without a
single Republican vote passed before the Christmas break, to the
Senate for beginning the trial of President Donald J. Trump to have
him removed from the presidency.
The two articles - (i) Abuse of Power, and (ii) Obstruction of the
Congress - are themselves abuse of the American Constitution and the
requirement, according to Article II, section 4, to impeach a sitting
president.
The Constitution provides for the removal of the president on
impeachment, and conviction of, "Treason, Bribery, or other high
Crimes and Misdemeanours."
The Democrats fabricated the two articles of impeachment against
President Trump for which there was no evidence, leave alone any
compelling evidence, nor any proof for the fabricated evidence over
what the President communicated over telephone with his Ukrainian
counterpart that can be shoe-horned into any of the four categories of
treason, bribery, or high crimes and misdemeanours for impeaching
him.
The Democrats also have known all along that in a Senate trial, as
required by the Constitution, there will be acquittal since the
Democrats do not have the two-third votes, or 67 Senators, required to
convict President Trump.
The only procedural question, therefore, is how will the Senate
proceed after receiving the articles of impeachment sent by Speaker
Pelosi?
Unless Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell does not have all of
his Republican senators on side with him to call for a vote to dismiss
the trial for lack of evidence and improper procedure in the House,
then there will be a skirmish between Senator McConnell and the
Democrat Minority Leader Senator Chuck Schumer on calling of
witnesses, as the trial opens next Tuesday with the Chief Justice John
Roberts of the Supreme Court presiding.
A trial with witnesses called will become more than a gong show. It
will be the opening of a Pandora's Box exposing the ugly and decrepit
entrails of the Deep State that have sought to rid Washington of
Donald J. Trump from the moment he won the Republican primaries, and
then became the nominee of the GOP for the November 2016 election.
Most Canadians have been terribly ill-served by the mainstream
corporate media, with the CBC as the lead culprit, in regurgitating
American media's "fake" news on all things leading up to the present
when it comes to President Trump.
It is even worse. Our political parties, the Laurentian elite and
their partners in the media and the academia - (and this includes the
Conservative party as the spare wheel of the Laurentian elite's
contraption to rule and administer Canada for much of the past
century) - have been complicit with the Democrats in the U.S. to push
the Globalist agenda down the throat of largely unsuspecting and
mostly uninformed electorate.
The removal of President Trump has been the openly declared
intention of the Globalists, and now this effort has reached its
culmination for the present.
I am confident that President Trump will be acquitted and more
Americans will get to see the ugliness of the Democrats in the
Congress as treasonous themselves against the U.S., its Constitution
and the "We, the People."
But the Globalist fight against President Trump will continue even
after if he wins the 2020 election, which I believe he will.
And sadly, or worse, Canada during this entire period and going
forward under the management of the Laurentian elite will be the most
proximate base of operation of the Globalists against President Trump
and the American people....
...unless we, Canadians, awake sufficiently to elect enough members
of the PPC and Canadian patriots to our parliament in Ottawa to put a
brake on the endeavours of the Laurentian elite.
