Last election cycle, you showed up and showed out.

When Fair Fight set out to turn out as many voters as possible and fight against unprecedented voter suppression in Georgia, we knew it would be a tough fight. But thanks to this entire grassroots team, we were able to scale up our efforts in 2022 when it mattered most, and make a real, tangible difference in our communities.

With you on this team, we were able to counter the effects of Brian Kemp’s voter suppression bill SB 202 — which eliminates two thirds of in-person voting opportunities during a runoff — by educating voters about the hurdles imposed by new voting changes and successfully winning a second Runoff Election sending Reverend Raphael Warnock back to the U.S. Senate for six years.

I’m proud to say that our coalition delivered. Everyone knew that Georgia was going to be a critical state in the midterms, and with your support, we were able to:

-Recruit and train thousands of pro-democracy volunteers
-Host phone banks and made more than 1.5 million dials to Georgia voters
-Send 12 million text messages to Georgians to help them make a plan to vote

This is all thanks to you! But as we celebrate our 2022 wins, anti-voter Republicans across the country have already filed dozens of bills to restrict the freedom to vote in 2023 and beyond, so we’re counting on this team to be able to invest early to fight back against challenges that could affect elections to come.

Can you pitch in right now and make your first contribution to Fair Fight as we prepare for the critical fights ahead? [[link removed]]
Right now, we’re planning for what we can accomplish in 2023 and beyond to make sure we’re in the position to keep reaching voters wherever they are, and alleviate voting hurdles whenever and wherever they may arise — and we’re counting on your ongoing support in this important fight.

Thanks for everything.

Deputy Director of Development
