| Hey folks, It’s Senator Ted Budd here. I’m proud to have just been elected to serve as North Carolina’s newest Senator. Today, I’m humbly asking you to join me in supporting Congresswoman Virginia Foxx, who represents the northwest part of our state from the foothills of the Piedmont to the southern highlands of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Congresswoman Foxx is a proven conservative fighter who cares deeply about our children’s education, securing our Southern border, and reining in out-of-control inflation. Congresswoman Foxx’s story is truly inspiring. She grew up in the rural mountains of western NC with no running water or electricity. Her impoverished family had to work hard for everything they had, and she was the first person in her family to graduate from high school and college. Before being elected to Congress, Dr. Foxx spent 10 years in the North Carolina Senate, where she repeatedly voted against tax increases and fought for North Carolina families. Now, she’s developed a conservative reputation by working hard to rein in wasteful spending, encourage economic growth, and strengthen our national security.
