NOSTALGIA
The Hottest Thing In Teen Fashion Is The Stuff We Used To Wear

Katie Bingham-Smith earned some unexpected cool points with her daughter the other day, when she informed her that yes, her mom HAD once owned a Juicy Couture tracksuit. “I thought for a moment that might make the outfit less appealing, but I was wrong,” she writes. “‘WHY DIDN’T YOU SAVE ALL YOUR CLOTHES FROM BACK THEN?!’ she demanded to know. At least in her eyes, I was a cool dresser at one point in my life.”

Yes, Y2K fashion is back, which means that suddenly the youth are clamoring for all the crap that we geriatric millennials and Gen Xers once wore around the halls of our high schools. Does that make you feel old and grumpy? Not Katie! Give it a read and see if you agree with her take.
