[ stdin# ]Women's March

John —

This past weekend we took to the streets. Thousands of women showed up at
over 200 marches across the country!

We raised hell. We showed politicians and the anti-abortion movement that
we are organized, united, and stronger than ever.

And we made the f*cking headlines. Take a look at some of our favorites:

--------------------------------------------------------------------------

New York Times: Women’s March Holds Nationwide Rallies on 50th Anniversary
of Roe

In Madison, Wis., the day’s marquee event, thousands of women bundled in thick
coats and pink hats marched down State Street, the crowd quickly doubling,
then tripling in size despite the 26-degree cold.

The Associated Press: ‘Here again’: Abortion activists rally 50 years
after Roe

From beach cities to snow-covered streets, abortion supporters rallied by the
thousands on Sunday to demand protections for reproductive rights and mark the
50th anniversary of the now-overturned Roe v. Wade U.S. Supreme Court decision
that established federal protections for the procedure.

USA Today: After Roe v. Wade, nationwide Women's Marches focus on
state-level fight for abortion rights

Organizers of the National Women's March picked Wisconsin's capital city for
the organization's annual rally to put the state's upcoming Supreme Court race
under a political magnifying glass, underscoring the election's importance to
the abortion debate in places such as Wisconsin where doctors could face
felony criminal charges for performing the procedure now that Roe v. Wade has
been overturned.
